1. Contact us to see if we are available to teach any of our available courses on the date(s) you need us to. Private courses can be booked any time between 30 and 395 days from the date that you initially contact us.
2. Once we verify that the date(s) you wish for the private training to take place on are available, you will need to purchase private course vouchers in order to finalize the course dates. Vouchers are sold on a per-day basis and sent to you electronically as a PDF file.
3. After the vouchers are purchased, the dates you selected are confirmed and booked.
4. Next, we will begin the process of planning the trip to your facility, and we will send over the estimated travel costs for your approval. In all cases, we strive to keep travel costs down.
5. If the travel costs are acceptable to you, then the travel arrangements are booked and you will be sent an invoice for any costs incurred during the travel booking (e.g. airfare); all other travel costs incurred during the trip will be billed after the training takes place.
